Working with Eric was an extraordinary pleasure, and we are beyond grateful for all of his support and help at every step of the process of listing and selling our house (which happened, from initial consultation to listing to closing, in just over five weeks!).

Eric's professionalism shines through every step of the process. We had a situation where time was extremely limited and we were overseas during the close. None of that proposed the slightest difficulty for Eric. I simply can’t imagine the process having gone more smoothly - from setting the price, consulting with us through negotiations with multiple offers, every detail of the inspection process handled with ease, and a straightforward and quick close that happened even while we were out of the country.
